Learned counsel for the appellant submits that in view of subsequent events, the appeal is rendered infructuous. Statement is accepted. He further submits that he wish to take out chamber summons before the Trial Court. The appellant is permitted to do so. The Trail Court shall decide the Chamber summons as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 4 weeks from the date on which Chamber summons are taken out. Appeal is disposed of.
