By this application the applicants seek condonation of delay of 11 days in filing the second appeal. No affidavit in reply has been filed. After perusing of the civil application, I am of the view that the delay is properly explained. The delay of 11 days in filing the second appeal is condoned.

The civil application is accordingly disposed of in aforesaid terms. The applicants are directed to remove all the office objections within two weeks from today. If all the office objections are removed within two weeks from today, place the second appeal on board for admission on 20th April, 2016.
