By this application, the applicant / State has sought stay of the execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated 12/01/1994 passed by the District Judge, Raigad at Alibag in L.A.R. No.28/1988.

Mr. Y.Y. Dabke, learned AGP states that the entire decreetal amount as per the judgment and award dated 12/01/1994 has been deposited and that the said amount is also withdrawn by the respondent.

In the light of said statement, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).
