1) Heard. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant had filed an application seeking pre-arrest bail on 15/05/2015 along with coaccused. Learned Sessions Judge Kalyan has been pleased to grant interim relief in favour of co-accused, however, no interim relief was granted in favour of present applicant.

2) Learned counsel for the applicant submits that hearing of the application is adjourned from time to time which has caused prejudice to the accused and therefore he has approached this Court. 3) Perused the order dated 15/05/2015.
