After the Petition was argued for some time, the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with a request that his application filed for setting aside of ex-parte decree is pending before the trial court and which is likely to come for hearing on 1st July, 2017, be heard on the said date. The Learned advocate appearing for Respondents has no objection to this course of action.
