The learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned AGP are ad-idem that the present matter is covered and similar order as passed in Writ Petition No.6290 of 2022 dated 27th May 2022 be passed.

In light of that, we pas the following order: (i) The undertaking of the Petitioner is accepted. (ii) In view of an undertaking and in view of willingness shown by the Petitioner to pay an amount of Rs.8500/- (Rs.Eight Thousand Five Hundred only), the Petition is allowed in terms of Prayer Clause (a).

(iii) It is made clear that the vehicle shall be released only Basavraj 1/2

(iv) All the parties to act on any authenticated copies of this order.
