Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Learned Advocate Mr. Anwar Shaikh appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that, as respondents have violated the orders dated 11/02/2019 and 11/03/2019 passed by this court in Writ Petition (ST) No.34492 of 2018, they have filed the present Contempt Petition. 3.

Bare reading of the contempt petition shows that the petitioners failed to make out any case, how the respondents have violated the orders dated 11/02/2019 and 11/03/2019. Even in the course of argument, learned counsel for the petitioners failed to make out any case to that effect. Therefore, we have decided to dismiss this contempt petition V.B.Gokhale

29-cp-481-19 with cost of Rs.50000/-.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, it is not possible for the petitioners to pay the cost. Hence, the cost may be waived.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, following order is passed: a)The Contempt Petition stands dismissed with no order as to costs.
