Heard learned Counsel for the applicants and the learned A.P.P. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the applicants seek leave to amend the prayer clause. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

By this application, the applicants seek extension of time to comply with the order dated 10th March, 2016, directing the applicant no.2 to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- in the Registry of the Trial Court. 1/2

Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the applicant no.2 has almost undergone the entire sentence. He requests that however time to deposit the aforesaid amount be extended by a period of three months from today.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed and time to deposit the money as directed by this Court vide order dated 10th March, 2016 is extended by a period of 3 months from today. 6.

Vide order dated 10th March, 2016, the applicant No.2's sentence has been suspended and the applicant no.2 was enlarged on bail, on his furnishing PR bond of Rs.20,000/- with one or two solvent local sureties in the like amount.

The Application is accordingly disposed of.
