The only relief claimed by the petitioner is to direct the appellate authority to decide the petitioner's appeal/stay application as expeditiously as possible. Keeping in view the aforesaid limited prayer, we direct the Additional Collector, Pune before whom the Petitioner's appeal (Second Appeal No. 337 of 2016) filed under Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 is pending, to consider and decide the Stay application as expeditiously as possible but not latter than one month and the appeal not latter than three months, on its own merits.
