The learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mrs. A S Pai, on instructions of Police Inspector Shri Shashikant Bhandare of Oshiwara Police Station states that at present the police have no intention to arrest the Petitioner under Section 151 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
