After this writ petition was argued for some time and the factual issues were projected by filing the affidavit-in-reply by the Thane Municipal Corporation and an affidavit-in-rejoinder thereto by the petitioners, on instructions, Ms.Godse seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings, including a suit, in a competent Civil Court. 2.
