P.C. :- 1] There is no need to entertain the present petition, since an appeal instituted by the Petitioner is already pending before the Assistant Collector, Pune. However, considering that this appeal was instituted some time in the October 2013, the Assistant Collector taking up RTS Appeal No. 606 of 2013 is directed to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of three months from the date of production of authenticated copy of this order.

2] It is made clear that this Court has not examined the merits of the matter and therefore, all contentions of all parties are kept open for decision by the Assistant Collector.
