Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, the following order:

a) The Applicant is permitted to serve the Respondent Nos.7 to 9 under Order V Rule 20 of Basavraj G Patil 1/2

967.15-caa the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 by substitute service by publishing in news paper returnable after 12 weeks.

b) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
