This is an Application for expediting the trial of R.C.C.No.62 of 2014 pending on the file of the learned 5th Judicial Magistrate F. C., Thane.

Mr. Kulkarni, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.2 has no objection for allowing present Application. 3.

For the reasons stated therein, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The learned 5th Judicial Magistrate F. C., Thane is hereby directed to expedite the hearing of the said R.C.C.No.62 of 2014 and to make an endeavour to complete the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of present order.
