The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioner as Junior Clerk is pending since 31.08.2020 with the Education Officer. In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioners as Junior Clerk (page 37) is pending with the Education Officer then Education Officer shall decide the same in accordance with law preferably within six months.
