P.C. :- The Suit was filed for declaration that the Appellant is not liable to pay an amount of Rs.8,306/- as amount of land revenue and further for a decree against the Collector and the Tahasildar to pay an amount of Rs.2,769/- which was deposited by the Appellant at the time of auction. The Suit was dismissed by order dated 7 October 1991. The Appeal filed by the Appellant was dismissed on 1 December 1993. 2.

None appears for the Appellant. None appeared on 25 August 2015 when the matter was directed to be listed for 'Dismissal'. Inspite of the earlier order, no paper-book is filed. It appears that the
