PC:- Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned APP. The application is for permission to be granted to the applicant to travel abroad in terms of itinerary annexed to the application. The applicant is not pressing the first part of the prayer by which direction is sought to be given to the original Passport Office, Region Mumbai to issue fresh passport. He has referred to prior order passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court dated 17.5.2017 and whereby an order had been passed permitting the applicant to travel abroad by furnishing the cash security along with detail itinerary.

I have perused the application and the order passed by the learned Single Judge dated 17th May, 2017 and I consider it appropriate to pass a similar order.
ORDER
1.
The applicant is permitted to travel abroad to South Africa and Keniya between 22nd May, 2019 and returning back to the Country on 5th June, 2019 subject to the applicant furnishing a cash security of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) before the Registrar, Judicial-II along with detailed itinerary (annexed at Exh.B) to the application.

The amount of cash security shall be returned to the applicant after his return from abroad.
3.
All the concerned to act upon and authenticated copy of this order.
4.
The application is disposed of.
