When the matter is called out, Mr. Vishwanath Patil, learned counsel for Pune Municipal Corporation, on instructions of Mr. Nivruti Utale, Deputy Engineer of Respondent No. 2, submits that the subject property in respect of which this Petition has been filed, has already been demolished and as such the Petition has become infructuous. Mr. Khot, learned counsel for Petitioner confirms the same.
