Mr. Sarda, learned counsel for Respondent Nos.2 to 5 makes a statement that the Respondents have taken a decision to withdraw the goods from being auctioned and accordingly, the Assistant Commissioner of Customs, Disposal Section, JNCH has addressed the communication dated 20th June 2023 to the Assistant Commissioner of Customs, Bond Section, JNCH. Copy of the same is placed on record. 2.

In this view of the matter, the grievance of the Petitioner in the present proceedings would not survive as the goods are withdrawn from the auction. The proceedings would not require any further adjudication. Disposed of. No costs.
