By order dated 12.8.2016, petition was dismissed. On the oral application made on behalf of the petitioner, order was stayed for a period of 12 weeks subject to the petitioner and all adult members residing with her giving usual undertaking in this Court within three weeks as per paragraph 10 of the order.

Mr. Deo submits that clause (iv) of paragraph 10 deserves to be modified by

2 / 2 WP/8461/2016 substituting the word 'rent' by word 'compensation'. In view thereof, clause (iv) of paragraph 10 of the order dated 12.8.2016 stands corrected by substituting the word 'rent' by word 'compensation'.

The order dated 12.8.2016 stands corrected accordingly.

Rest of the order stands as it is.

Mr. Behere submits that the petitioner has not filed undertaking within three weeks and she is not in contact with him. As the petitioner has not filed undertaking in terms of paragraph 11, the interim order stands vacated. Order accordingly.
