The learned counsel for the applicant submits that they are not pressing the present Civil Application against the Respondent No.2. Statement is accepted.
This Application is for condonation of 29 days delay in preferring the appeal challenging the judgment and decree dated 17.04.2014 passed by Bombay City Civil Court, Mumbai in L.C. Suit No. 6863 of 2000.

Hence, the following order:
a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which read thus :
"a) Delay of 29 days in filing the First Appeal be condoned."
b) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
