Heard learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant/Petitioner. The submission is that by way of amendment, the Petitioner is placing on record certain copies of Government Circulars or Notifications and orders passed by the Respondent Corporation, namely, Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC). These documents are official documents and the Petitioner is desirous to place the documents on record only in support of case of 1/2
9. WP 13522-18.doc Chittewan the Petitioner. By placing these documents on record, tenor of the petition is not going to be changed nor the Respondents are put to any prejudice.
In view of the submission of learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant/Petitioner, prayer for amendment to the petition is allowed. The Petitioner would, as such, place on record documents as a ground in support of his case with consequential prayers. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. Needless to state that the amended copy of the petition be supplied to the learned Counsel appearing for the respective Respondents. In case the Respondents are desirous to file affidavit-in-replies, they may do so within three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the amended petition. The Interim Application is disposed of accordingly.
