The learned counsel for the Respondent submits that the Respondent has no objection for grant of prayer (b) in respect of transfer of the Petition from Malshiras to Kolhapur. He submits that there are various statements
2 Pro 4 MCA 144-16.doc made in the transfer application which are deemed not to have been admitted. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the Respondent, the Misc. Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). It is made clear that the direction is issued because of the statement made by the learned counsel for the Respondent and not on examining the various allegations made on merits of the pending dispute.
