In view of the fact that the verification of the caste claim of the petitioner is pending before the Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee at Pune, it will be appropriate in our opinion to pass the following order:

:: O R D E R ::

(i) The services of petitioner are protected for a period of six months from today;

(iii) The Committee shall make every endeavour to decide the caste claim of the petitioner in any case by 31st October, 2018;

(iv) With the above observations, Writ Petition is disposed of.
