Learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to deposit entire decreetal amount with interest up to the date of deposit within four weeks from today with the MACT, Sangli in M.A.C.P. No.371 of 2011. Undertaking is accepted.

In view of the undertaking rendered by the learned counsel for the applicant, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). No order as to costs. The mandatory deposit made by the applicant before this Court shall be transferred to the MACT, Sangli in M.A.C.P. No.371 of 2011 expeditiously.
