Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has passed away and the Criminal Writ Petition against the Petitioner, before the trial Court, has already abated. She submitted a copy of the death certificate showing that he has passed away on 21st February 2019. A copy of the death certificate is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. She seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Writ Petition No.2317 of 2018.
