Mr. Dalal assures that within two weeks from today, the respondent will supply the legible copies as also copy of the Government/Municipal document showing repair cess @ Rs.440/- ratable value if the respondent is relying upon them. 4.

In view thereof, C.A is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (d) with no order as to costs. The respondents shall supply the documents within two weeks from today. Hearing of C.R.A is deferred till 19th March, 2019.
