Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

This is an application for pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R.No.83 of 2023 registered with Bibvewadi Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 3.

When the application was listed before the Court on 23 May 2023, this Court was persuaded to grant interim protection ascribing reasons. 4.

The learned APP, on instructions, submits that pursuant to the directions of this Court in the aforesaid order, the applicant had appeared before the Investigating Officer and co-operated with the investigation. 5.

The learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the alleged offences have their genesis in the company dispute and the National Company Law Tribunal is SSP 1/2

29 aba 1507 of 2023.doc seized with the said matter.

Prima facie, the submission appears to be justifiable. As the applicant has appeared before the Investigating Officer and further custodial interrogation of the applicant does not seem to be warranted to facilitate further investigation, I am inclined to make the order dated 23 May 2023 absolute. 7.

Hence, the interim order dated 23 May 2023 is made absolute on the terms and conditions incorporated therein.

Henceforth, the applicant shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when directed by the Investigating Officer. 9.

The Applicant shall regularly attend the proceedings before the jurisdictional Court.

The Application stands disposed.
