This Writ Petition has been filed asking this Court to direct the Appellate Court to send Exhibit-76, Exhibit-118, Vakalatnama, Say of the Respondent, affidavit and other admitted signatures of the Respondent as well as the documents bearing signatures of the Petitioner to the Handwriting Expert. The learned counsel for the Petitioner has now stated before me that the Suit itself has been settled and Consent Terms have been filed in the Trial Court. In these circumstances he submits that nothing survives in this Writ Petition and he seeks leave to withdraw the same.
