P.C.:- Ms. Shinde, learned APP on instructions from the Superintendent, Nashik-Road Central Prison, submitted that, subsequent to the rejection of the Application dated 30th December, 2019 for furlough leave filed by the Petitioner, he was released on COVID-19 Pandemic Emergency Parole Leave from 27th August, 2021 till 25th May, 2022. 2) That, the Petitioner was also released on furlough leave from 13th December, 2022 to 11th January, 2023 and he has reported back to the Jail Authority within stipulated period.

3) In view of the above, present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
