It is the contention of learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a victim of sexual assault and had fled Marriage Petition before 6th Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai, praying for dissolution of marriage.

I am informed that 'No W.S.' order was passed against the respondent No.2. Pursuant to passing of 'No W.S.' order, the respondent No.2 appeared and made application for setting aside 'No W.S.' order and thereafter he has not appeared. 3.

In this view of the matter and upon considering the averments in the Petition, the Family Court is requested to expedite

29. WP 3488-21.doc the hearing of the Marriage Petition No. A/1471/2019 pending on the fle of 6th Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year from today.
