On 17/03/2021, this matter was posted on 21/04/2021 for passing orders with regard to the request of the petitioner that his pending application dated 26/02/2019 should be decided on its own merits by respondent No.3. 2.

This petition is still pending before this Court, as there was no further circulation obtained by the petitioner. 3.

Nevertheless, this petition need not be kept pending. The same is, therefore, disposed off with the following observations:- (a) Application dated 26/02/2019 fled by the petitioner, pending before the respondent No.3, if not already decided, shall be decided on or before 31/03/2022 by following the due procedure, as is laid down in law.
