2 WP 2320-18.odt-26 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Dilip Talreja inform that the Respondent No.2 was present in the first half but the matter could not reach. In the second half, because of job constraint, the Respondent No.2 was required to leave the Court. 3.

It appears that the compromise between the parties is already recorded in Petition No.A-1795/14 in the Family Court at Bandra on 05/08/2017 and accordingly amount of Rs.7 Lakhs is also deposited by the Petitioner No.1 on 26/09/2017. It is not in dispute that the terms and conditions of compromise are thus fulfilled. 4.

In view of this position, accepting the joint statement, we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (A). (SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.) (B. P. DHARMADHIKARI, J.) URS 2 of 2
