1. This is an application seeking intervention on behalf of complainant in Anticipatory Bail Application No.387 of 2017. Considering the fact that the Applicant is the original complainant, this application deserves to be allowed. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The Applicant in ABA No.387/2017 is directed to implead the complainant as Respondent no.2. Amendment to be carried out within one week and amended copy of application be served on the advocate for complainant within one week. List the Anticipatory Bail Application No.387 of 2017 on 11th July 2017. Interim order granted in ABA No.387 of 2017 to continue till then.
