P.C. :- Prayer made in this Civil Application cannot be considered as the interim order was passed after hearing the learned Counsel for the Applicant and even the interim order was challenged before the Division Bench and was confirmed. As regard the oral prayer made for early hearing is concerned, at present, the matters of the year 1999 onwards are on board for hearing. Therefore, the prayer for early hearing cannot be considered at present.
