The above Civil Application has been filed for effecting substituted service on the Respondent No.4. However, during the course of hearing of the above Civil Application, the learned counsel for the Applicants Shri Sachin Dhakephalkar, on instructions, states that he would delete the Respondent No.4 who is the daughter of the Respondent No.2 and the sister of the Respondent No.3. The Applicants are the original Plaintiffs in the suit in question which is filed for seeking the reliefs against the Respondents amongst whom the main contesting Respondents are the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 who are in occupation of the premises and who are the legal heirs of the original Defendant Harjit Singh. In view of the fact that the learned counsel for the Applicants Shri Sachin Dhakephalkar seeks to delete the Respondent No.4, the

above Civil Application seeking the relief of effecting substituted service on the Respondent No.4 has turned infructuous and is accordingly disposed of as having turned infructuous.
