Vide order dated 27th March 2023, the sentence of by DNYANESHWAR ASHOK ETHAPE Date: 2023.06.07 10:37:53 +0530 DNYANESHWAR ASHOK ETHAPE imprisonment imposed upon applicant was suspended pending appeal and applicant was directed to be released on bail on the same terms and conditions imposed upon him by the trial Court while releasing him on bail, subject to furnishing fresh PR Bond within a period of six weeks from today.

Learned Advocate for the Applicant submitted that, extension of four weeks time may be granted to furnish surety.
