By this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, a writ of mandamus is sought. The entire cause of action has arisen in Mumbai. Hence, we transfer this Petition to the Original Side of this Court. Consequential amendment shall be carried out by the Petitioner within a period of three weeks from today. If amendment is not carried out within the stipulated time, the Petition shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution without further reference to the Court.
