Heard Mr.Pasbola, the learned counsel for the applicant. Though a number of contentions have been raised, and a number of replies have been given, Mr.Pasbola submits that the trial court had sought extension of time for completing the trial and this court has extended the time to complete the trial by two months. According to Mr.Pasbola, this order was passed on 16th June 2015.

Mr.Pasbola submits that, in the circumstances, the application may be permitted to be withdrawn, but with a liberty to apply afresh, in the event of the trial not concluding within the period of two months from today. It would be reasonable to do so.

The application is allowed to be withdrawn and stands dismissed as such, with liberty to the applicant to apply afresh for bail, in the event of the trial not concluding within the period of two months from today.

Since the counsel for the intervenor has been heard, Criminal Application No.481 of 2015 is treated as having been allowed and stands disposed of.
