Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicants. In view of the averments made in the Application and in particular Paragraph 4 thereof, a case for restoration is made out. Accordingly, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) to (d). The ad-interim relief granted earlier is also restored which will continue to operate till the next date. The Petition shall be listed in the category of "Fresh Matters" on 23rd July 2015.
