Learned APP, on instructions from Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, submitted that, subsequent to the rejection of Petitioner's application for furlough leave dated 27th October 2019, the Petitioner has been released on bail from jail in pursuance of order passed by this Court in Criminal Appeal No.1257 of 2019 on 20th September 2022.

In view thereof, the grievance of Petitioner as of today does not survive.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
