Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application, when I expressed my disinclination to entertain the same.

Permission granted. The application stands disposed off as withdrawn.

Learned counsel for the applicant is, however, perfectly justified in submitting that despite his incarceration since 04/05/2019, till date, even charge has not been framed. While disposing off the application, request is made to the concerned Court to frame charge in Sessions Case No.296 of 2019 within a period of six months from today and commence the trial forthwith. In case, if the aforesaid direction is not complied with, the applicant is at liberty to renew his request.
