The petition is filed for the following relief: "(a) This Honourable court may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or Direction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India direct the Investigation Officer to register/record the supplementary statement of the Petitioner no.1 in C.R.No.341 of 2016, record statement of Petitioner no.2 and other witnesses and conduct the investigation fairly by taking on record the evidence available with witnesses." 3.

Mr. Saste, learned APP, on instructions of the officer concerned, makes a statement that supplementary statement of the Shubhada S Kadam 1/2
