Mr P.S. Dani, learned Sr. counsel for Applicant, after arguing for some time, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present Civil Application. To that effect, he has given in writing on Farad, the same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. VRD

The learned counsel for Respondent Nos.1 to 3 submits that Writ Petition No.1927 of 2013 be placed on board for confirmation of ad-interim relief granted by this Court on 27th February 2018. 4.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, following order is passed :- "(a) Civil Application No.1232 of 2016 stands disposed off as withdrawn.

(b) The Registry is directed to place the Writ Petition No.1927 of 2013 at the bottom of admission board for confirmation of order dated 27th February 2013 on 20th April 2018.

(c) Stand over to 20th April 2018.
