By the present Petition, Petitioner has sought relief of quashing and setting aside Criminal Case Nos. 27/2016 and 28/2016 arising out of C.R. No. 11/2016 registered with Daighar Police Station, Kalyan under the provisions of NDPS Act.

The pleadings in the Petition are in the form of discharge Application. Even otherwise, Petitioner will be at liberty to file an appropriate Application before the trial Court for his discharge from the said cases if so advised and as may be permissible under the provisions of law.
