Learned counsel for the parties invited my attention to the order dated 14/07/2022 passed by this Court. A report has accordingly been submitted by the Medical Superintendent of Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals, Mumbai. I have perused the report. It appears that the forensic report is awaited.

Learned counsel for the parties submitted that the custody application before the Family Court, Sangli is pending. As the main writ petition has already been disposed of and as the Family Court, Sangli is already seized of the custody petition, the report which has been sent to this Court could be forwarded to the Family Court at Sangli to enable the Family Court to pass appropriate orders in the light of the report and after hearing the learned counsel. Even I feel that the course suggested by the learned counsel for the parties is reasonable. The husband is a resident of Sangli and the wife is residing at a distance of 50 km from Sangli. This arrangement will suit the convenience of the parties too.

Let the office send the report in a sealed cover to the registrar of the Family Court at Sangli to enable learned Judge to consider the report and pass appropriate orders. 4.

The interim application is disposed of.
