Having gone through the averments made in the contempt petition and having heard the Petitioner in-person and the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent, we find there is no contempt of the order passed by this Court. In the circumstances, contempt petition is dismissed. 2.
As a result of the dismissal of petition, civil application taken out in this contempt petition does not survive and the same is accordingly disposed of.
