By this Civil Application, Applicant is seeking condonation of 1 year and 166 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 24.08.2015 passed by the Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Solapur at Solapur in LAR No. 44 of 1999.

Considering the submissions made by the learned AGP for the Applicant and averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application.

Hence, the following order is passed:
