By order dated 30/03/2022, the applicant was directed to be released on cash bail for a period of four weeks and was directed to furnish P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount. 2.

By the present application, time is sought to furnish the said sureties.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and perused the application, which would justify the extension, by restricting it to six weeks.

The applicant shall furnish P.R.Bond of Rs.50,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount within a period of six weeks from today. Failure to do so would result in revocation of the bail order and the Investigating Offcer will be at liberty to arrest the applicant.

The application stands disposed off.
