This is an application for modification and/or dispensation with condition No.1 imposed upon the applicant by this Court while releasing him on bail by an Order dated 27.4.2018.

While enlarging the applicant on bail, the applicant has been directed to furnish PR bond of Rs.50,000/- with one or two solvent local sureties in the like amount. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that, after the applicant is arrested in the present Page-1/3

crime his family members have disowned his responsibility and therefore the applicant has been languishing in Jail. She submitted that, though there is an Order granting bail to the applicant dated 27.4.2018 and despite putting in best efforts, the applicant is unable to get solvent local sureties for him. She further submitted that as the applicant is in Jail for two years, his financial condition is precarious and therefore the applicant is unable to furnish the cash bail of Rs.50,000/- immediately. She therefore, prayed that the said condition may be suitably modified.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, I am inclined to modify the said condition. 4.

The condition to furnish one or two solvent local sureties is hereby waived. However, the applicant is directed to furnish cash security of Rs.50,000/-. 5.

The applicant shall deposit the said bail amount in two equal instalments of Rs.25,000/- each. The applicant shall deposit Rs.25,000/- before his actual release from jail and shall deposit the balance amount of Rs.25,000/- within a period of 4-weeks from his actual release from Page-2/3

Jail. The said condition No.1 is accordingly modified. 6.

Rest of the conditions imposed upon the applicant are not disturbed.
